
Gogo continues to deliver profitable quarterly earnings, including growing service revenue in Q2 2024. Among other stats showing the increasing demand, CEO Oakleigh Thorne shared that megabytes delivered per flight hour increased 17% YoY, demonstrating the strong demand for more and better inflight connectivity services for aircraft owners.
The company also highlighted its long-term expectations of growing service revenue, mostly around increasing revenue per aircraft as it transitions to the next generation of its inflight connectivity offerings, Gogo 5G and Galileo. The timing of when that revenue will actually show up, however, continues to slip.
