Artificial Intelligence (AI) is advancing rapidly, and every month, new groundbreaking developments emerge. In this article, we’ll highlight some of the most thrilling AI innovations from recent weeks.

Mini GPT4

One of the most innovative advancements is Mini GPT4, which allows users to upload images and receive responses in natural language. Mini GPT4 diagnoses plant problems and suggests solutions or describes images with insightful and helpful responses. The system uses Vicuna, an advanced model that achieves 90% quality in chat GPTs.

Mini GPT4 is remarkable as it can write website codes from handwritten text and generate poetry in response to uploaded images. Although the system’s demo is available, usage may be slow due to high traffic.

Dyno V2

Dyno V2 is another groundbreaking development that uses computer vision tools and utilizes self-supervised learnings to provide state-of-the-art results. The system can learn anything based on any collection of images, making it versatile and practical for a range of users.

Meta AI has open-sourced Dyno V2 and provided a demo where you can see a depth map created around an image as well as animated drawings that allow you to take hand-drawn images and animate them to look 3D.

Tools from Apple, Adobe, and Blackmagic Design

Apple is also contributing to the latest AI tools by creating Facelift Neural 3D Relightable Faces, a tool that lets you map the depth of an image and make it appear 3D. Adobe has released Firefly with video, a software that generates music and sound effects for videos and video transcript content analysis for relevant b-roll footage.

Another example of such AI-based software is DaVinci Resolve 18.5 by Blackmagic Design, which includes features such as subtitle generation, AI text-based editing, AI-based audio classification, and AI-based relighting tools.

Autopilot updates from Tesla

Tesla recently released firmware updates for its Autopilot system, which uses cameras to detect traffic lights and stop signs better. Additionally, Autopilot now recognizes when a driver is running a red light and will alert the driver to stop immediately.

Revolutionizing Technology

These recent breakthroughs in AI technology have the potential to revolutionize the way we interact with technology, ultimately broadening the boundaries of what is possible. With AI, there are endless possibilities for innovation, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.

So, if you’re an AI enthusiast or a professional working in this field, keep an eye out for these remarkable advancements that will shape our future.
