Behaviour change training and campaign management. CIPR Local Public Services Group Co-Chair

Really insightful day out helping the Northern Housing Consortium plan their retrofit toolkit with Maxmedia and Stuart Bruce. Some really interesting behavioural challenges to work through and help reduce barriers around uptake of everything from loft insulation to heat pumps. And the Yorkshire Housing offices are remarkable. Great example of what office working will be like post pandemic. The signage is also spot on.

Lots of interesting discussion and great ideas! I think the stars were aligning today as we met in Yorkshire's first zero carbon workspace on the day the latest round of SHDF funding was announced!

So glad we were able to host you at Yorkshire Housing. We’re also looking forward to seeing the outcome of the retrofit comms for customers. It’s such an important piece of work.
