The Asia-Pacific Communication Monitor
The Asia-Pacific Communication Monitor (APCM) is a transnational study exploring strategic communication practices in the region. The first report has been published in late 2015 and the second edition in late 2017. The report for the third edition has been published in March 2021.
Similiar surveys are conducted in other regions of the world: the European Communication Monitor, the Latin American Communication Monitor, and the North America Communication Monitor. More than 6,000 practitioners are surveyed in each wave of the series. Together, these studies form the largest empirical research in public relations worldwide with more than 120,000 research reports downloaded or printed and numerous articles in several languages published until now.
Living up to highest academic standards, the APCM is run by a network of renowned professors from universities in the region, organised by EUPRERA and the Asia-Pacific Association of Communication Directors (APACD), supported by Truescope, NTU Singapore and Provoke. Privacy is fully respected.
