So SEO is a whole marketing team? Gotta say that yeah, I do all of that, but more because Im a fullstack marketer. I think for a good UI/UX you should have a proper UX designer for example. The thing is that SEO is becoming a more robust position because many companies want to get more for less and all of the SEO Specialists have to do more to justify their salaries.

This is exactly how I approach SEO at an agency or in-house as well. You can almost say the top part is "SEO basics" and the second half as "Business SEO". Traffic is nice and all but if nobody's being lead to the pages that convert, how's it gonna help the business and contribute to pipeline.

LOUDER! I saw a lot of SEO client reports sharing metrics like traffic, impressions, keyword rankings, clicks... That's ok, but what about conversions, ROI, etc? Basic SEO will rarely go beyond this. Deep strategic work (literally everything you listed) is what brings real, tangible results!
In 2022, SEO is beyond keywords and back links. Many strategists are still implementing old school tactics and wondering why the needle is not moving for them. The content shouldn’t just be about what you do but also should be answering queries and questions that your visitors have. Most importantly, spot on about website design - should be mobile responsive , easy to load , easy navigation, good user experience and implement fixes for any technical issues occurred
