Elected Board Member - Education Chair position as of Sept. 2023. Main focus on increasing chapter member education opportunities across all areas of cybersecurity.

The Cybersecurity Career Ambassador Program seeks to create a national network of stakeholders to serve as champions for expanding and diversifying the cybersecurity workforce.
A key pillar of the program is to raise awareness on the need for diversity in the field and help to promote cybersecurity roles, especially those that increase the participation of women, minorities, veterans, persons with disabilities, and other underrepresented populations.

Review and make recommendations to the President concerning the college's effectiveness in achieving all aspects of its mission beyond those addressed by the Faculty Council on Teaching and Learning (FCTL) and concerning priorities for improvement.

Reviews college policy and priorities related to faculty/staff professional development related to teaching and learning and makes recommendations to the President, and appropriate administrators.

Review and make recommendations to the college President and/or other responsible administrator(s) concerning the teaching and learning process, programs, calendars, general education, academic standards, academic priorities and related matters.

Meet with peers who are entering the Information Security area, and would like guidance to help navigate and answer questions that they may have regarding technology, learning, and a path forward.

The mentoring program enables students to acquire cybersecurity skills training through the collaboration between industry experts and academia.

FUEL is a user-led organization for companies of Palo Alto Networks technologies and services. FUEL is made up of users who want to further their knowledge as it relates to the Palo Alto technologies and how it relates to overall information security across their enterprise networks.
