We’re excited to announce that the Craft documentation has a brand new home at craftcms.com/docs, and the docs have been redesigned to improve searchability and legibility.

The new documentation is still powered by VuePress as before, but with a completely custom theme. The changes are more than skin deep, though:
- New homepage – craftcms.com/docs will take you to a new documentation homepage, where you can search across the Craft CMS and Craft Commerce documentation sets.
- Content refactoring – We’ve begun refactoring where content lives within the Craft CMS documentation, to make things easier to find.
- New content features – There’s a new floating table of contents on every page, improved code examples and file tree views, and other touches throughout the documentation.
- Feedback buttons – Help us improve our docs by hitting the thumbs-up or thumbs-down button at the bottom of each page.
- Dark mode – yes, dark mode.
The new docs are managed by a single repository that covers Craft CMS (2.x and 3.x), Craft Commerce (1.x, 2.x, and 3.x), and the Intro to Craft CMS tutorial. As always, we welcome feedback via GitHub issues. We hope you like it!
