How can you make API documentation easy to use for everyone?
Here's my recipe for great API documentation 1. Make it easy to author (there are plenty of tools that help, ex JSdoc but there are better ones). If docs are easy to author, there will be more of it. 2. API docs should include a brief description of what the endpoint does, an example use case, well documented request and response parameters - headers, body, query params etc., a runnable example (either in the browser or curl / postman) and most importantly clear definition of failure scenarios. 3. Docs should point to relevant sections or sub sections if there are dependencies (ex: how to authenticate yourself)

How can you build a strong sense of community among your Web Applications team members?
I find that team members are aligned when there's a clear vision of the product, clear definition of company values and a system of sharing appreciation where deserved (ie, the team lead or manager isn't given all the praise) Acknowledging the fact that building a great product can happen as a team and not alone. When this becomes part of the team's or company's fabric, a sense of comradery is established organically.

You're worried about your web application's performance. How can you optimize it for your business?
While the answer can be subjective here are some low hanging fruit every web application can benefit from: 1. Use an Object store like S3 for media and use pre-signed URLS to upload large files to the store. 2. Introduce a cache like memcached or redis to get better response times. 3. Look at ORM queries for slow request paths. Usually ORMs craft unnecessarily complex queries. Hand roll your own in these situations. 4. Use HTTP caching. 5. Use rate limiting to ensure you don't have hot read / write paths or customers.
