The 13 ingredients I describe in my book Twelve and a Half are some of the traits that have led to my success and happiness over the years, in addition to others that I’ve observed and admired. The black-and-white is still wildly important, but in my opinion, it’s a distant second to mastering soft skills. I couldn’t be more aware that there are fifteen to fifty other ingredients that could’ve made it into my book. But these thirteen stood out to me after seeing other leaders fall short in deploying them, and how that gap made people around them feel.
This is cool!
So insightful Gary Vaynerchuk!
In my opinion (whatever it’s worth) I think humility and self-awareness are some of the most under appreciated ingredients to success in life in general.
Great share Gary Vaynerchuk
It terms of achieving great things 'ambition' and 'tenacity' rank high. Before an action there is a decision. Ambition gives birth to big goals. Tenacity keeps you going when challenges arise.
I can't wait to read this!💃🏽
Love it. I’d add “authenticity”
