Condor’s Flystream streaming IFE platform will soon be available on the company’s short/mid-haul fleet, expanding the entertainment options available to passengers. The expanded entertainment will roll out from April 2022, eventually covering all aircraft for the carrier.
On the single-aisle fleet Condor will offer over 20 films, more than 100 TV series and games. The platform also offers a moving map option, which shows the current flight status.
Travelers can check on the Condor website 24 hours before departure whether the new entertainment system will be available available on the flight they have booked.
The company’s website currently cites COVID-19 as the reason it does not offer entertainment on those flights.
Long-haul, too
The long-haul fleet is also getting a content refresh for its IFE content. Condor is loading a James Bond package, including No Time To Die, Casino Royale, Spectre, Skyfall, and Quantum of Solace. While complimentary in business class and premium economy, the films are a paid product in coach. Condor is charging €007 for access, a 2 euro savings.
The Bond promotion also offers a discounted snack and drink combo.
