      Strongly involved in promoting an effeicent development environment and team by promoting clean code, coding standards, unit testing, moqing and Automation. Have developed internal libraries from my own initiative which are now in use by entire development team on a daily bases (e.g. Database interaction/Moqing, Reflection, Extension Methods, External Communication). Also one of two lead developers on the Write back project which has since become the company's core product. It has reportedly sped up customer effiency by 33% and has won wards for technology initiative of the year.
