NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (“LBHI”) announced today that two of its subsidiaries, Lehman Brothers U.K. Holdings (Delaware) Inc. and Lehman Pass-Through Securities Inc., commenced voluntary proceedings under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. The cases have been assigned chapter 11 case numbers 17-12442 and 17-12443. The Debtors are represented by Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
