Our new and improved GCS evaluation cycle reflects changing audiences, data standards, media consumption and digital advances. Most importantly it emphasises that evaluation should be a continuous cycle of measurement, learning and improvement - not something that is done once at the start and end of campaigns. It’s relevant for low cost and no cost communications as well as paid campaigns and it’s for every communication discipline.
