A week ago today I took the stage at Content Israel as a key speaker. I transparently shared in a room with over 300 fellow marketers that the first thing my CEO always asks me when we brainstorm a new campaign or program is, “Jen, what’s your content distribution plan?” 7 days and 3 hours to the dot, Daniel Kushner 🐙 asked me to provide my content distribution plan for one of our latest customer programs ( side note: super excited to launch, it's still top secret, so do stay tuned) And you know what was front and center as part of that distribution plan? #EmployeeAdvocacy. Why? Because when you understand how to use employee networks to distribute your content you crack the code in making sure your content is seen by the right people, from the right people in your organization. You create meaningful and personalized customer journeys. You stay true to what social media was intended for-- being social, and build a people-to-people connection. You use the authentic voices of your employees to share the content you’ve worked so hard to create ensuring that your content sees the light of day, you get the credit you deserve, and you can measure the actual engagement and reach of that content far beyond your corporate profile. And most importantly, you build meaningful relationships and can understand what content was used to help build them... So my question to you is, do you include #EmployeeAdvocacy as part of your distribution plan? Sharing my slide on my thought process on how to use advocacy to build meaningful customer journeys if some may find it helpful.

📍 Yesterday, I attended the 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑺𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔 event hosted by Inspired Marketing Digital Agency for B2B Tech. Yet, even the "quickest and dirtiest" tactical campaigns require a solid foundation that includes a goal, a strategy, a plan, and a strong marketing leader that can lead through this 💪 🎨 The marketing teams' rich scope of responsibilities and challenges demands agility, creativity, and exceptional business understanding. Last weekend at the Academy put on by BBN - The World's B2B Agency, Richard Parsons of True Agency moderated a panel on how AI is affecting marketing agencies, empowering them to work more quickly and efficiently - while also leveraging a broader perspective provided by that AI. A great discussion. During the session, he did a brief demo of a cool platform I'd not seen before called Springboards. Essentially, it's an AI-driven planning tool (strategy/branding/creative) that, according to the website, "combines agency intuition & experience with the speed of artificial intelligence." And that brings up a critical point regarding Generative AI: The quality of its results is completely reliant on the prompt(s) it's given. And that's where the "agency intuition & experience" comes in. In the demo, Richard generated some copy and immediately noted that it was a good first pass, but needed refinement. And it was clear he knew exactly how to do that using the tool. How? The aforementioned intuition & experience to ensure the best possible quality in the output. Quality that not only reflects a brand, but amplifies it. After all, that's the very livelihood of great agencies like his. And this brings up the fundamental problem: Generative AI makes it very easy for ANYONE to quickly and easily "generate content". But most everyone knows that, on its face, it's a relatively shallow well of quality. Everything starts sounding the same and feels a bit bland. We've all seen it. Quantity over quality - the very thing Buyers DON'T want. The beauty is that these emerging platforms built atop AI are helping to provide the CONTEXT around these prompts, focusing on specific functions in the workflow. In other words they are being built by people who have that intuition & experience from their professional backgrounds to bring that context to bear on the prompting, which immediately improves the output quality. That quality is then multiplied by the informed guidance and refinement of professionals like Richard who use these platforms. This kind of workflow allows the prompting to become increasingly & logically detailed at each stage of the flow in terms of context, from GTM research, to planning, to execution. And this is critical in that it makes the entire process, and those running it, far smarter - and the resulting output far better. Below is a sample AI workflow for GTM using Perplexity, Springboards, and Splashmetrics. In this flow, Splashmetrics leverages the research & planning work done in these preceding platforms, but brings the focus directly into execution through hyper-personalized self-serve sales content (the interface with the Buyer). It then measures the efficacy of ALL this work directly against revenue. This not only provides clarity on attribution & predictive revenue - but also provides clear feedback, directly from Buyers, on the strategic & creative work done beforehand. This is how we can leverage AI to help close the quality loop.

How we turned a challenge into an opportunity using contextual targeting. Recently, we helped an Israeli marketing agency grow its audience during some tough times. With the challenges of operating in a war-affected environment, their goal was to find ways to break through the noise and get in front of the right people. Definitely one of the best teams I’ve met and worked with in the local tech scene. Run:ai ✨ But a few more reasons why this acquisition is awesome. 1. Nvidia appreciates us & keeps on doubling-down on the Israeli startup ecosystem. After the huge success with Mellanox the Giant is here to stay. That’s great. Again - I’d say that a big part of it belongs to Eyal Waldman. 2. Israel will get stronger, or at least keep on track within the race to AI. 3. Timing: especially now. When Israel is threatened and facing different attacks, and some big challenges. While many of us are not at our best (to say the least) and fight for our future - Nvidia knows what great innovation we have here, how great the teams are - and closing such a deal. 4. Just like many other great things we’ve seen recently, also this innovation starts with science. Education is important! 5. A small reason to smile and feel proud of our tech industry. Happy news.
