At Alianza, he worked closely with support and development teams to make sure that our customers were helped and that any bugs found in our system were fixed as soon as possible. Dan is also a great team leader. He not only cares about our customer's success but cares about team individuals and their success in their jobs and also in their career growth. He is one of the best communicators. He would be the "Go-To" guy for any unusual issues and he would find an answer within an hour or two.
