“The journey started 3 years back when Michael was Coach on Agile Release Train which was to be launched and I was one of the Scrum Master on that Train. It was very new experience for me and believe me it went very smooth. Michael had to work very hard and did lot of coaching and mentoring for many of us. Slowly and steadily the train stabilized and today the train is considered one of the best in organization who abides with almost all SAFe principles for which credit goes to Michael.
