Hugh Hou

Hugh Hou is a Co-Founder of CreatorUp. He heads up immersive media content creation and has produced VR content for numerous companies including Samsung, the Special Olympics, Google, Oculus, Facebook, MasterCard, Twitter, TikTok, RedBull Music, Top Gear, SSC Tuatara, Insta360, LACOSTE, Huawei, FOX Sports and the Los Angeles Police Department. He also directs and produces Mixed Reality music videos. He worked with musical artists such as I Prevail, Joyner Lucas, Cypress Hill, and SHAED. When not producing original VR videos & films, Hugh dedicates his time to sharing his vast expertise in immersive technologies and VR filmmaking on the CreatorUp YouTube channel with 67,000+ students. He truly believes that by sharing freely with the world through YouTube, mentoring and consulting, more creators will join the immersive media family. Hugh’s goal is to help the VR industry thrive and to improve the quality of VR filmmaking.

Ian Forester

Innovative and award-winning director for immersive theater, digital interactive, and new media on a mission to enable personal transformation through experience on the cutting edge. Since founding VR Playhouse in 2014, Ian has directed, produced, or post-produced over one hundred projects, including the world's first 360 lightfield production and the first live-action commercial for the screen at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. His work has been featured in Forbes, TIME, The New York Times, VICE, The LA Times, Wired, Fast Company, PBS, and Entertainment Tonight, and has earned an Emmy award as well as top honors at SXSW, Sundance, Cannes, and the Venice Biennale.

Sebastien Hameline

Sébastien is an acclaimed expert and specialty craftsman in the field of live-action capture of Virtual Reality filmmaking. He has worked on some of the largest scale film productions and live events in the VR/XR space, including clients like Dinsey, Hulu VR, Universal Pictures, Coachella, Melody VR and VH1. His range of skills and experience are relied upon to create the most immersive VR experience possible. He also has extensive experience with motion-controlled systems in immersive productions, and is a rover operator himself. Fifer Garbesi

Fifer Garbesi is an immersive media producer and director intent on testing the limits of the medium through mixing palettes such as 360 video, game engine, volumetric capture, and more. From dancing with AR Childish Gambino for Google Pixel to a VR tour of the human brain, Garbesi’s work has screened at Cannes, Tribeca, and The Nobel Peace Prize ceremony and was awarded a Cannes Lion.

Christina Fitzpatrick

Christina Fitzpatrick is a Producer for CreatorUp. She has worked on many projects with clients ranging from tech leaders such as Google and YouTube to educational institutions like West Coast University and Harvard. She has 360 experience for a variety of projects including graduations and nature shots and one of her favorites: the 360 Live for the 2019 Special Olympics and Samsung VR.

    The full 360VR Filmmaker Masterclass is available exclusively through this website. To access your class, you must create an account on CreatorUp The first 3 chapters are available now, additional chapters will be added once a month
