At first glance, it looks like an online cosmetic shop but it's actually a website offering covert help to abuse victims. Krysia Paszko launched the page amid a rise in reports of domestic violence.
"I was inspired by this French idea where by going to the pharmacy and asking for the number 19 mask, you could signal that you were a victim of abuse. Then the pharmacist could intervene," says Krysia.

Instead of salespeople, there are psychologists on the other side of the screen who communicate with users through coded messages.
"If someone places an order and provides their address, that's a signal for us that a police response is required right away and we warn law enforcement to send a patrol," says Krysia.

So far the team has offered legal advice and action plans to 350 people. But moves by Poland's conservative government has Krysia worried for the future.
"There is talk of Poland's withdrawal from the Istanbul Convention. This should not happen. I think that a commitment from the state would help us a lot but unfortunately in Poland it is going the opposite direction," Krysia adds.
