Huffman also served as chair in 2023.

Acclaimed as vice-chair at a police services board meeting on Wednesday was Ward 2 Coun. Linda Vandendriessche.

The board also includes citizen member Michael Cruse, and provincial members George Santos and Willy Vanheughten.

Every municipal and regional police service in Ontario has a civilian police services board to provide general management, set policies and oversee the police service. In Norfolk, the board oversees the Norfolk detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police.
