About the speaker

Known as Zeneth, Dora Zeneth Reynosa is a Mexican visual artist and muralist who works to reconnect viewers to their inner child through abstract designs characterized by patterns, movement, and playfulness. Her art contains a child-like frankness inspired by Modernist compositions, Mesoamerican glyphs, and the human need for expression.

“A lot of us forget what it was like to feel that joy, to feel that carelessness and to have hope in the world that we live in,” Reynosa says. “I like to create that opportunity for people. My paintings create the opportunity to think about what these colors mean to you, what this movement means to you, what this free spirit and fluidity means to you.”
