What makes your heart sing, What do you LOVE to do? Have you turned your passion into a business? This was me in 2016 facilitating a wellness session at my children's summer fete. At this point, I hadn't given my passion project a name. Over 25 years of working with children, my clubs have had different titles with a common theme, promoting: ❤VISION ❤VITALITY ❤VOICE. For example, in 2014 whilst working at an International School in Tanzania I called it "Life Coaching" In 2003 at the Prep School in Staines it was "Miss Andrews' Creative Hub" In 1998 whilst living and teaching in Wales it was a "Play Scheme" And when I ran sessions and gave Resilient Kids talks to other organisations such as the Brownies, Library, Youth Club and Mental Health Charities I called myself "Yogarascal". In 2019 I settled on the name Resilient Kids. It's part of my mum portfolio, alongside my other creative facilitated spaces. There are a number of primary-aged children now booked onto mynurturing virtual wellness classes, whilst some prefer a one to one resilience boost, as do their parents. What do you LOVE to do and is it something you continue to pursue? #passionproject #yogarascal #teacherrascal #lovewhatwedo

I think Resilient Kids sums up what you do very well, promoting healthy minds bodies and souls. As a mum to youngsters in the 90's I wish I had access to these activites for my children growing up.
