Assisting people. I was helping Ukrainian refugees find the clothes they needed, providing guidance and support.

Each shift lasted 5 hours, with a brief at the start to ensure all volunteers were well-informed and prepared for the day's tasks. This role required dedication and discipline, in addition to running a community service initiative within a busy clothes center environment.

I cooperated with the city hall to provide refugees from Ukraine with the relevant documents and PESEL numbers, speaking Polish and Ukrainian.

I also helped answer phone calls and provided legal advice to people who were refugees from Ukraine.
