When we add an error message in the case of an exception, we need to wear the shoes of our customers. Most of them are non-technical. The error messages can be meaningful to you as a developer or QA engineer, but they can be Greek to the common end users. There is no use in showing error codes to the end users. Are they going to analyze the HTTP error code and fix them? Big No. If you are developing your application for normal non-technical users, show something useful to them instead.

I believe we can use STARR (which stands for Situation, Task, Action, Result and Reflection) approach to highlight how we successfully navigated unexpected changes or challenges in the past.

I always share the importance of continuous learning with everyone around me. Constant learning is a crucial part of the job for QA Engineer because technology and software testing methodologies are changing at a significant pace. It's not only about the QA practices. But also on improving your soft skills. It contributes to adaptability, quality improvement, and problem-solving acquisition, respectively. It paves the way for career advancement and keeps you ahead in the market. Finally, it is a specific mentality that produces creativity, innovation, and above-average results in the testing of software applications. Adaptability to any environment/technology comes with continuous learning.
