CCA also known as Customer Care application is an application used by customer service representatives, to support walmart.com customers to handle various request from customers like return of goods, change of products, refunds etc.

CCA is an application that used to by customer care agent and supervisor to track the order status, maintain returns and adjustments of any item which is brought by customer from walmart.com.

The load balancer is an application that is used to manage a simple request retrieval system. It routes the requests based on specific operation requested by the clients.

BLAST (Business Lending Automated Service Tracking) is web base intranet applications which provide the LOB associates with a GUI based front-end Tsys (Mainframes), which is fully integrated to Total Systems, the system of record for the entire commercial accounts. This application accounts to reduction of 80% lesser work to be performed by business lending associates.

Test harness tool is a excel macro base test data cleanup tool for UCRS, it is uses web services to get the data and edit the same using soap based web service. Which is also fully integrated with QTP to use same cleaned up data from test harness tool.

Ixpert is a tool used to keep a track of number of associates working in LOB, Project, team etc in hierarchical manner based on number of associates working in the projects and demand for the legitimate associate with preferred skill set which suits the project. It is basically a tool which is use by project managers and team manager to keep track on required number of associates in project and actual number of associates currently working in the project with the skill sets.

The aim of this project is to build a proof of concept program to demonstrate a way in which security of a user on an 802.11 network can be compromised. The broadcasting nature of a wireless network is taken in account and the data packets carried in the form of Omni direction radio waves form the initial point of attack. The aim of this project to build a proof of concept program to automate the process of exploiting the vulnerabilities that exist in the deployment of the two-factor authentication system deployed in several fields. This project will not only be exploiting and gaining access to the victim’s connection but it will also perform a DOS attack to see to it that the service does not get terminated at a later point of time.

Athena is a tool use by team managers, projects manager, and LOB manager to keep a track of skill set possessed by the Team as unit and team members individually. This tool is also used to update skill sets of team and individual team member periodically. This tool also allows managers to assess Technical, behavioral, domain trainings based on the current skill set possessed by team.
