It's not every day where great design is made for a Great Dane—but this chic dog house is doing just that. Created by company Hammacher Schlemmer, this Canine Passive Solar Condominium is the doggy home of your—and your pup's—dreams. This unique condo will add some serious style to your backyard.

This custom dog house uses a passive solar design, which means that when sunlight strikes this dog house, the photovoltaic panels used can reflect or absorb the solar radiation, cooling it down or warming it up, so your pet stays comfy. Cool, huh?

The description for this stylish structure pays homage to Frank Lloyd Wright, who used similar passive home design in his signature Prairie-style homes. The puppy abode has a Brazilian teak roof with a long overhang that expertly blocks the high summer sun from your furry friend's eyes. A removable perforated side panel is also included with the tiny home, which provides additional ventilation to keep man's best friend as cool as can be.

A chic dog house isn't just for the summer, though. The window in the front of the structure was designed to let in ample light, and the concrete floors absorb the heat from the sun for the ultimate doggy snooze spot.

The Canine Solar Condominium also includes a Jax & Bones memory foam pillow, two stainless steel pet bowls, and a personalized raised-letter sign of your dog's name so everyone knows who's boss.
