Are you failing forward? Your ideas don’t always pan out. The faster you test them, the sooner you find one that will. In Girl Scouts, they call it failing forward. We teach girls to pursue projects without fear of failing. A quick failure is a way to figure out if an idea will work and start testing a new one if it doesn’t. Failing fast means finding success faster. Marketers have to be willing to put something out there to see if it fails and then move on to the next idea (or iterate and improve the original). Run tests. Improve. Find traction faster. #growthmarketing

Failing is such a dreaded act for people. Still they fail regularly. Let's accept that failing is okay. Let's think of learnings as its reward.
