Xamarin Forms iOS, Android and UWP OAuth to Google using Xamarin.Auth and UWP WebAuthenticationBroker

You'll need to fill your Google Callback URL, Client ID and Secret from the Google Console in Constants.cs

There are not many Xamarin Forms OAuth examples for UWP - my intention is to address that with this simple example.

The example authenticates with Google and then displays your email address and photo, like this:
