How can you effectively communicate with developers when reporting bugs?
When reporting a bug we follow a format with particular details but apart from that as QA Engineers we can do some deep dive and find out root cause. (this requires a certain knowledge of product/feature and also technical implementation). By reporting the root cause we can get good awareness about where actual problem has occurred, also it helps developer to engage in quickly. Later when bug is fixed as people who verify it we know exactly where we should look into.

You're leading a team through a high-pressure project. How can you keep everyone focused and productive?
I'm sharing few initiates we took in one of my previous project which went with tight deadlines and huge workload. - Maintain an excel sheet with progress of each feature/task and people involved (this helped to identify risk in early stage). - Daily wrap up call in addition to daily stand up to check how day went with each person and where they need help. - Sharing Mindmaps within the team to understand everyone is on same page and continuously improve it.

In my experience knowing your team members strengths and weaknesses will be a big advantage when assigning roles for them. They feel confident, responsible when they are assigned to what they are good at and it will provide maximum outcome as well. But their can be outliers who are willing to take the challenges, test their knowledge and try out things differently and I think if time permits we should give them a chance.
