SEC collects information from the participants of the SEC Roadshow on Capital Formation for SMEs such as full name, age, profile, sex, and e-mail address. We collect, use and/or process the information through the registration forms. The collected information will be utilized as basis for your registration to participate in the SEC Roadshow on Capital Formation for SMEs. The information will be used solely for record and monitoring purposes, feedback mechanism, issuance of certificate and in compliance with government accounting and auditing regulations. The collected information will not be shared by SEC with external parties, unless you consent and authorize SEC to share it with certain parties. Only authorized SEC personnel and contractors are granted access to personal information collected by SEC. Personal information collected through these registration/attendance forms are kept in a secured data facility. We use reasonable security safeguards to protect information from loss, unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
