In 2020 and 2021, Wright Sites x PechaKucha events brought together over 3,000 people from all over the world! Such an enthusiastic response inspired PechaKucha to carry on with this exciting collaboration between the PchaKucha, the Westcott House, and the Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy. We are teaming up again to present a live online global event honoring the famed architect and celebrating his work and legacy. Wright Sites x PechaKucha Vol. 4 will feature presentations in the highly visual and efficient PechaKucha style, which consists of 20 image-based slides that automatically advance after 20 seconds, with each talk lasting only 400 seconds.
This free virtual event, scheduled for Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. EDT, will feature curators, homeowners, and scholars, including Heather Sabin (Monona Terrace), Keiran Murphy (KeiranMurphy.com), Eric O’Malley (PrairieMod, Wright Society, and Organic Architecture + Design Archives), Dale Morgan and Norman Silk (Turkel House), Jennifer Gray (FLW Foundation, Taliesin Institute) and Sydney Papinchak (Polymath Park).
