The Team

We are seeking engineers to join our community team at DronaHQ. We are a team of engineers and evangelists who focus on enabling DronaHQ's user and developer community to build great things on DronaHQ app development platform.

You build apps and code in your spare time just for fun.
You love teaching others about new things.
You blog about your technical escapades and discoveries.
You participate in online communities like Twitter, Stack Overflow, Reddit and Hacker News.
You attend hackathons, conferences and meetups to build new things and network with other people.
You keep up with new technologies, trying many of them out for yourself.
You enjoy giving technical talks and presentations.
You are highly motivated self-starter with a desire to make a difference

The Opportunity

In this role you will be hands on with the technologies applications are integrated and built on, as you create new blog posts, presentations, workshops and foster relationships with the DronaHQ user and developer communities.

You Will
Speak at conferences and meetups to build DronaHQ’s reputation as a thought leader around App designing, integrations, deployment.
Partner with product engineering teams to build compelling demos
Create developer facing documentation and training materials for DronaHQ's Studio and APIs to foster the growth of our developer community.
Collaborate with our community of open-source contributors to develop new integrations for DronaHQ.

Requirements
You have publicly available writing samples or recordings of presentations on technical topics..
You are fluent reading and writing in different programming languages.
You are comfortable and familiar with modern infrastructure such as SaaS cloud, App designing and working with APIs.
You enjoy self driven exploration and education on new technologies and languages.
You have written or managed application development.
You are able to transform dry technical topics into engaging, informative and interesting educational materials.
Work closely with different people within the organization, ranging from engineering to sales and marketing

Bonus Points
You have experience producing videos which distill complex technical concepts into content easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.
You already are an active member of the App development or language communities in your region.
