Is Sublime still being maintained?

#1

I really like Sublime. Is it still being maintained? The last release was a few months ago.

yes, it is… sometimes releases take a while, but it is probably good news because there will be lots of improvements in the next build

Yes, it is. Working for Sublime HQ is my full-time job, and I am actively working on a number of aspects for the next dev build.

Based on previous answers, no.

Ok thanks for that. I love using Sublime and will continue to do so whenever I can, but I won’t be able to use it at work until this open security action is resolved. I’ll keep watching.

Hi Will -

May I please ask what the ECCN is for Sublime Text, and for Microsoft Windows WinSCP id you happened to know that one.
Does Sublime Text require a license?
Thanks

I have no idea, unfortunately. Perhaps look for the ECCN for another general-purpose text editor?

Yes, if you are using Sublime Text for anything other than evaluating it for a purchase, it requires a license per user. If you have more questions about licensing, you may contact sales@sublimetext.com.
