The Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) has announced the line-up of its Board of Directors for 2021 with all three Honorary Officer positions held by women for the third year running.

Co-opted members:

CIPR President, Mandy Pearse Chart PR, FCIPR
It's a privilege to lead the CIPR as President having been a member for nearly 20 years and a volunteer for ten. My vision is for a dynamic and progressive organisation which delivers for its members, sets the agenda for the industry, and promotes the value of public relations to business. I’m really pleased to have such a wealth of talent on the Board. My two co-opted members, Rachael and Bernice, help strengthen our Board further with their expertise in public affairs and marketing, as well as experience in large organisations both in-house and agency.

No doubt 2021 will be challenging but we will be building on our move to being a virtual Institute, focusing on new products and services to members, and developing our profession through Chartership.

We are a truly global organisation and I look forward to working with colleagues internationally to ensure the value of PR is understood by the world's business community.

About the Chartered Institute of Public Relations

Founded in 1948, the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) is the world's only Royal Chartered professional body for public relations practitioners with nearly 10,000 members.

The CIPR advances professionalism in public relations by making its members accountable to their employers and the public through a code of conduct and searchable public register, setting standards through training, qualifications, awards and the production of best practice and skills guidance, facilitating Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and awarding Chartered Public Relations Practitioner status (Chart.PR).
