Less than 24 hours from wrapping up the BAE Systems 2023 Global Communications Conference, and I am feeling energized and grateful. Over two days in Windsor, Lisa Ihde Malloy and I hosted 100 members of our global team, from 🇬🇧🇺🇸🇦🇺🇸🇦🇸🇪, to talk about how we work together across borders and disciplines to support our company and our employees. We learned about AI and how it will affect our work. We dove into DEI and making our teams and workplace more inclusive. We focused on safety, recruitment, and investing in our people and communities. We learned about the company's amazing multi-domain capabilities and brainstormed how to bring that story to life. And we talked about how to tell the story of our purpose, and the essential role our work plays in national security and the economy. After this time together, we're all going home with a lot of new ideas, connections, and actions to follow-up on. Thanks to everyone in #TeamComms who worked to support this event, our partners who joined panels for us, and to all of the attendees who made it magic. #lifeatbaesystems
