How can you create an honest and accountable research team?
Absolutely true! Effective communication is the backbone of any successful team. It ensures not only the quality of work but also keeps team members engaged and motivated. Without clear communication, tasks can get delayed, and enthusiasm wanes. Setting up a comprehensive communication plan that's well-understood by everyone is crucial for keeping everyone aligned and achieving goals smoothly.

How can you create an honest and accountable research team?
In my experience with research and in working with a team the most important thing is to work with passionate individuals that share a similar vision. After having the right team, establishing a communication strategy is crucial for the success of the research. Assigning responsibilities and tasks, establishing proper communication channels and who to contact as well as to have a timeframe for each of the tasks. It’s also essential to establish policies and guidelines regarding ethics, data privacy, and guidance.

How do you tackle complex edge AI scenarios?
In my experience as a GRC Analyst and AI researcher I believe that selecting AI frameworks that prioritize security and data protection is a critical step. Performance and latency are key factors too. TensorFlow stands out as an excellent choice, ensuring both efficiency and low latency. Equally important is the regular updating of AI frameworks to stay updated with patches.
