Automating both the front end and back end of various banking applications for Citibank client using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Appium, BDD, TestNG frameworks, CI/CD using Jenkins and integration with BitBucket.

A web application using ASP.NET and SQL Server 2012. The module which we developed, includes hotel booking, car booking, viewing travel history and bonus miles by the customer. Admin or employee can approve or reject bonus miles requested by customer on certain criteria. We have used 3-tier architecture for developing the software.

It is applicable within an organisation where there are engineers to solve different hardware and software problems of the systems of employees and there is an admin for allocating different jobs to engineers,according to the complaints lodged by employees.
