SOUL SISTER Womens Empowerment Festival is the co-creation of two potent Wellness Event Planners who have put their hearts and skills together to bring fourth the only local Womens Empowerment Festival to their communities.
Situated in the quiet pristine mountains of rural Sicamous, BC, the Cambie Country Garden Retreat offers an uplifting getaway for wellness inspired Women to come together in celebration of deep Sisterhood and encourages us to connect deeply with our playful wild nature.
Katie Feist from Cambie Country Retreats & Jennifer Whitewolf from Wild Moon Wellness Events have weaved together a beautiful weekend of nourishment, connection, movement, joy, creativity, Sisterhood and revernce of the Wise Wild Woman. This weekend includes an outdoor Wellness Spa featuring a Cedar Sauna & Cold Plunge from Selkirk Saunas , an expansive Vendor & Holistic Practitioner Market, an epic Camping Villiage, beautiful Garden, Forest & Meadow spaces for Workshops, a glorious Organic Menu featuring Katie's Chef Sister, Haley's Farm to Table Cuisine & Jennifer's Organic Breakfast Snack & Smoothie options, Local Organic Tea, Coffee & Kombucha for purchase as well as Yoga classes, Sound Healing, Plant Medicines, and two nights of themed DJ's Dances to uplift the Sisterhood!
-For those Sisters who are not wanting to camp for the weekend, we are offering Day Passes!
-All Weekend Passes include camping, parking, portable washroom access and drinking water
-Parking area will be clearly marked in the field. Parking is not permitted on the main road
-Camping spaces are first come first serve basis! Please coordinate with Your Sisters before arriving to ensure You all arrive together to be able to camp together
-There are NO powered campsites
-There will be phone charging stations near the kitchen & garden area
-Portable washrooms available on site
-Lunch & Dinner Options available to add on when You purchase Your ticket!
-We request that You purchase Your Lunch and Dinner options prior to event to ensure we have prepared enough meals
-This event is organized by coloured bracelets. Guests will be given their bracelet, festival map, intructions for camping and festival schedule upon entry to the event
-Early Check in time for camping and bonus festivities is on Friday, June 28th is 4pm
-Regular Check in time for camping begins Saturday, June 29th at 8am
-General Admission for Day Pass Holders is Saturday and Sunday at 9am
-Soul Sister Festival Opening Ceremony is Saturday at 10am
-All Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may only sell or transfer Your ticket once you have communicated with Organizers
-Breakfast Snacks, Smoothies, Organic Coffee, Tea and Beverages are available for purchase at the event. Cash Only. (You are welcome to bring Your own non-alcoholic beverages)
-Drinking Water will be provided
-All Workshops & Classes are included in ticket purchase
-All "Mini- Sessions" through the Holistic Practitioners are for purchase through each practitioner
-Selkirk Sauna and Cold Plunge Weekend Passes are $25 each
-Please bring CASH for the weekend, there are no ATMs on site
-This is a 100% Alcohol Free Women's Festival for ages 19+. Anyone disregarding this request will be asked to leave without refund. Thank You for understanding.
-Smoking of any kind is only permitted in a designated smoking area
-First Aid & CPR Volunteer will be present to offer support for guests if needed
-Ticket holders will be sent an email with all the festival details weeks prior to the event
