Closing sprint tomorrow, Please update accordingly :)
POV : Let’s finish this sprint with zero spill over Le Spill over 👆🏻
Doğuş DEMİRÇELİK 😁😁 how are you ?
Initial reaction, that’s funny! It does fairly capture how some scrum teams poorly manage unfinished work..simply moving to next sprint and not understanding why or what we can do differently. Unfortunately, this video can lead some people to think that unfinished work should never happened or be allowed…that’s not true. If teams believe that they failed because they have unfinished work, this may lead to work completed haphazardly.
Here is a productivity hack, checkout zigi.ai and get automation and assistance for your day-to-day (tedious) tasks, such as updating Jira tickets with PRs and more https://www.zigi.ai/
I know how this feels. 😃
Selim Argül Rock Boynton Alexander Rudzki hmmm sounds familiar?
Moving JIRA stories to next sprint isnt bad. Moving without discussion on what to do in case user stories aren’t completed needs to be coached to product owner community. Avoiding discussion is bad.
Jay Radhakrishnan , Bill Hayden and Nitika Verma this should be taught as well in agile trainings 😂😂

1yThis is no joke: in the middle of Finland there was a farm owner who took the hired man candidates on the ice of a lake. There were two holes in the ice: "Please take that bucket, fill it in, and go pouring it into the other hole" Most of the candidates looked at the owner in disbelief. The one that obeyed the orders got the actual job. For decades.
