Really Funny

This is the only workout podcast I've found with a pretty hot trainer, but honestly, the shows are so funny I'd probably laugh too hard to actually be able to do any of the workouts. I just listen to them for fun. They have pretty useful and interesting information that doesn't pertain to workouts, and if I were to try them, I'd guess they're at a beginner to intermediate level, which is probably ideal for most people. You should definitely listen to at least one, whether you try the exercises or not. I agree with other reviewers that the bell sound is a bit high pitched, and I think her voice could be set somewhat louder than the music, but it's good. Really hope they make more episodes.
